As a project manager, Luis works closely with architects, designers, city officials, builders, contractors, superintendents, suppliers, vendors and everyone involved in the construction process, to coordinate their activities and to implement recommendations and initiatives in order for the company to complete its construction projects within the estimated budget and schedule.
Luis worked for Casa Mexicana, a Dallas-based real estate development firm. He was responsible for conducting and managing the financial analysis process and preliminary feasibility and forecasting for a diverse mix of international and domestic projects.
Luis also worked for SOFTEC, a leading real estate analysis consulting firm in Mexico City, conducting analysis and follow-up for nationwide residential, commercial and industrial real estate markets, and assisting real estate developers in finance, sales force, absorption, project success metrics, architectural layout and construction solutions.
He is an architect with a Masters in Business from the University of Dallas.
