Javier Arreola

Javier is the founder of Terrasse Properties. His credentials include over 25 years of business experience, combined with an extensive background in real estate development and finance.

He first came to the US in 2000 to serve as CFO and Executive Vice President of Centex Latin America, a Centex Corporation company formed to invest in real estate opportunities in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.

Prior to Centex, Javier worked for Banamex, the largest bank in Mexico, where he held the positions of Vice President of Commercial and Retail Banking and served as a member of the regional credit committee.

Javier is an Industrial Engineer with a Masters in Business from IPADE.
